The Bihari refugees - 160,000 people who have lived like animals in congested makeshift camps, all over Bangladesh, for more than 40 years.

: A journalist, commentator and freethinker based in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. I am an ethnic Bangalee (Bengali) and Catholic Christian. I have obtained a Master of Arts in English from National University of Bangladesh, Master of Communication from University of Liberal Arts, Bangladesh (ULAB) and a Post-Graduate Diploma In Journalism (PGDJ) from Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB) under Ministry of Information. I started my journalistic career with Hong Kong-based UCA News (www.ucanews.com) in 2008 and since then I have been covering social, political, religious and human rights issues in Bangladesh and Asia.
